Dozens of LogoNation sales reps from around the country converged on the Mooresville-Charlotte area at the end of February for an annual sales meeting based on the theme, “Saddle Up For Success.” The highlight of the event was presenting Grand Diamond Awards to 8 of the best sales reps of the year in terms of sales results.
The top sales award winners of this year and previous years came in on Wednesday for an evening at a local spa, where they were given the full treatment. All the sales staff came in on Thursday to participate in various team-building meetings and fun events. Thursday evening brought them to a hotel ballroom where they enjoyed Western-style line dancing, karaoke and barbecue.
On Friday participants reviewed the results of the previous year, including plans and goals for 2014. Breakout sessions focused on presentation, deliveries, overcoming struggles, and selling related products. Awards were presented for Sales Rep of the Year and Home Office Staff Person of the Year.
An awards dinner was held Friday night in downtown Charlotte. Grand Diamond Award winners were recognized at the front of the room, along with their managers, by LogoNation owners Denny and Jennifer Watson.
“This is an important opportunity for our sales reps and the whole LogoNation team to meet face to face, enjoy some fun and learning together, and prepare for outstanding performance in the coming year,” Denny Watson said. “We truly value all our team members and enjoy recognizing their accomplishments.”
