Business to Business Outside Sales Account Executive with Base Salary
As a Community Account Manager for LogoNation, your territory includes about 25 smaller towns (population 30,000 and under) where you meet with local leaders and business owners to learn about each town and develop a T-shirt that truly represents that community. As a Community Account Manager for LogoNation, you will work with local chambers of commerce and/or town halls to establish donation points for free CommuniTees donated by LogoNation. You will conduct business to business sales presentations to highlight the benefits of the CommuniTee, sell CommuniTee ad space to local businesses, and deliver free T-shirts back to each participating business.
Like most outside sales representative/account executive positions, the Community Account Manager position can be challenging. Some of the typical challenges faced by Community Account Managers are handling rejection, working independently, and dealing with traffic and weather. Adaptable, self-motivated people who have the determination to overcome obstacles and persevere despite these challenges are the most successful in this position.

STEP 2: APPLY ONLINE

STEP 3: PRE-SCREEN
Once resumes are received we pre-screen all resumes and contact candidates whose qualifications best match what we are looking for.
STEP 4: PHONE INTERVIEW
If you are chosen for a phone interview you will be contacted within a couple of weeks of submitting your resume. The phone interview will be a brief overview of the job description and a resume review.
STEP 5: FACE TO FACE INTERVIEW
During the face to face interview you will meet with a Hiring Manager. This typically will be held several weeks after the initial submission of your resume, the time frame may vary though. For the interview, all applicants are required to bring in a copy of their resume. This interview step will consist of filling out a company application and background release form. STEP 6: BACKGROUND/REFERENCE/ASSESSMENT
The final stage of the interview process will consist of a background check, reference checks from current or former employers and an online sales assessment. This does not ensure employment with LogoNation and we will only contact references upon approval from the candidate.
STEP 7: OFFERS
Once the background check, references and assessment are completed a final decision will be made. We try to contact all applicants who have completed the face-to-face interview and notify them of our decision. However, we encourage follow up phone calls or emails once you have made it to step 5.
